What was your biggest fear before hiring Boudoir Photographer Sacramento? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?

The biggest fear before my session with Boudoir Photographer Sacramento was my body and someone else seeing me in little to no clothing. The experience was incredibly comfortable and I didn’t feel uncomfortable at all during the photo session. The environment was relaxed and exciting for the entire session.  

What, specifically, was your favorite part of your experience, and why?

It was a photoshoot with some of my favorite lingerie and heels! It was so much fun! I love that I was able to pose in so many different positions with your help in head positions, body positions, and facial expressions

What advice would you give to someone considering booking a session with us?

Let yourself relax and enjoy! Have fun with it! We are out and about every day in our “usual” attire that everyone sees. But with the boudoir session, you can be yourself as your partner sees you or how you want to remind your partner. It’s so great to step out of the “every day” and into a special session to share with the one you love.

How did you give your images to your groom?

The maid of honor took the gift over to the groom’s suite at the venue before our first look.

What types of negative things (if any) did you tell yourself before your session with Boudoir Photographer Sacramento (ie I don’t look like a model, I should lose x lbs, I have stretch marks, too old, etc.)?

 I should have done more to lose a little more weight. My muscles aren’t as defined as they used to be.

What did your experience do to silence those doubts?

Depending on positioning, postures, and lighting, the negative thoughts don’t matter! And your partner doesn’t care about any of the negative thoughts, just the awesome photos! 

What did you take away from your experience at Boudoir Photographer Sacramento that surprised you the most?

How fun the experience could be. To be pampered with hair and make-up and then to play “dress up”.
