What was your biggest fear before hiring Boudoir Studio Roseville? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead?
My biggest fear was not being ready. There was always something I wanted to fix on myself before booking the session but I finally decided that if I kept pushing it off I would find something else. In the end, I was happy with the results of boudoir studio Roseville and happy I did it when I did and stopped focusing on weight, hair, tan, etc.
What, specifically, was your favorite part of your experience, and why?
My favorite part was seeing the end results. I think with most people there is a fear of seeing all your flaws in pictures of yourself. When Jillian initially loaded the pictures I was more in awe of the artistic feel of the pictures and way less focused on any flaws I expected to see. She made the entire experience fun and relaxing.
What advice would you give to someone considering booking a session with us?
Do it! Do it for yourself if anything. I went through a breakup and made a boudoir photoshoot a goal of mine. I wanted to do something for myself that made me feel good. Jillian far exceeded my expectations.
What response did you get from your beloved?
Friends and family have commented on how artsy, classic, and well done the pictures are. I’ve had multiple tell me that I can hang them up in my bathroom and get away with it. They have all loved them.
What types of negative things (if any) did you tell yourself before your session with Boudoir Studio Roseville?
I had a lot of negative things I focused on before the shoot like having stretch marks, I haven’t been working out, and I need to grow my hair out longer.
What did your experience do to silence those doubts?
It was kind of cool to see things like stretch marks in the pictures. It’s similar to tattoos in that they are mine. I got to own them.
What did you take away from your experience at Boudoir Studio Roseville that surprised you the most?
I love the pictures that were taken and I am surprisingly excited to share them with more people than I ever thought I would.
If you could give your photo session a title, what would it be?
Elevate
What three words describe your experience best?
