I’m the most body-positive and body-confidence advocate out there…so don’t take the name of this article the wrong way…I believe that women of all shapes and sizes are beautiful and should be praised for the goddesses they are. But there is no denying that we LOVE to feel good in our skin. And we certainly want to look and feel sexy naked.
Women, by nature, love to feel good about how they look. We pour in hours upon hours just getting ready to go out on the town…fitting and matching the best pieces of clothing together, picking the most flattering makeup and colors to wear…I know I do!
So if you are on that journey of wanting to find ways to feel sexy, stick with me. 😉
I believe that there are a few easy ways to still look HOT and not resort to punishing yourself in the gym or obsessing over blemishes or flaws. Read on for these simple tips and try them out before heading to a boudoir shoot and feel sexy and hot in your own skin!
1. The Power of Exfoliation
Exfoliation is the process where you remove the dead skin cells clinging on your skin. This can be done by either mechanical (physically rubbing it off with any abrasive) or chemical ways (chemical peels, treatments, etc.)
So how can exfoliation make you look good?
Getting those dead skin cells of your body would make your skin shine and look totally smooth. You can opt for homemade exfoliating mix that you can search online. It’s easy and really fool-proof.
It doesn’t just end in exfoliating, though. You need to nurture and take care of your skin by applying moisturizer to maintain that radiant skin.
2. The Sexy Naked Tanned Look
That tanned look sure is sexy! It can instantly give you a smooth toned look.
Shape the contour of your face by sweeping a bronzer across your cheeks. Also, bronzers are not only for your face. You can also use it on your legs, specifically the outside of your legs, to make it have a better shape. Blending that bronze outside surface with a lighter shade inside your leg will improve that slimming effect.
Another good thing about a tan is that it can hide skin imperfections like scars, and even varicose veins, if that’s your intention!

3. Moisturize
Take care of that newly tanned and exfoliated skin and keep it glowing with moisturizer. Make body moisturizer a part of your daily routine. In the mornings and after showers are the ideal times to give your skin the hydration it needs to stay healthy and look amazing.
4. Sexy & Natural Waves
Now, how can you even look sexy on unwashed hair? Simple – your natural waves!
Do you take time to look at your just-got-up-from-bed look? Those natural messy curls simply look sexy. With a little styling, either with a curl creme or even a salt water spray if your curls need a little boost, those waves will make you look hot in just a matter of seconds. Going au-naturel is way better – and sexier!
5. Workout (Just a Bit)
You might be surprised at how doing some simple, low-key workouts will make you feel so good about your bare body. Here are three workout ideas that help you connect more with your body without getting to hardcore about it if conventional work-outs aren’t your jam:
Yoga: Nothing centers your mind and body like a good yoga session. There are so many free options on YouTube…and if you really fall in love with the practice, check out your local yoga studios!
Dancing: Bellydancing, in particular, is not only a great work out, but it gives you permission to get sensual with your movements.
Roller Skating: I LOVE roller skating…it’s my jam. It makes me feel good, it forces me to let go and have fun, and I even break a little sweat.
6. Smell Warm and Sweet
Your scent has an effect not only on the people around you, but it also has an effect on YOU. Try dabbing on just a little amount of perfume or floral essential oil like Ylang Ylang (the sexy oil) on your décolletage and wrists.
Warm and sweet scents can actually make you feel sexy. Try something that suits you and wear it out on your date night. 😉
7. Accessorize Your Sexy Naked Body
Being sexy naked doesn’t mean you can’t put on anything!
Try to put on some accessories or shoes. High heels make your legs look lean and give you that extra butt lift. Plus, oversized earrings and even dangling, hanging necklaces will draw attention to the sexiest parts of your body. Give yourself permission to experiment with different styles of accessories, even (and especially) if it’s out of your comfort zone.
8. Love Your Sexy Naked Body
Give yourself a boost of confidence by trying to pamper yourself. Give yourself a mani/pedi and see how it transforms you into looking better. Get your calluses smoothened out by getting a foot scrub and get that soft and smooth feel on your feet. Book a massage or facial to show your body how much you appreciate it. Even giving yourself an at home spa night with a bubble bath and some candles can work wonders.
