Beautiful Maternity Photography Sacramento

I absolutely love shooting maternity photography with a boudoir twist. I have exactly TWO photos while I was pregnant, one with each of my children and believe me, one of them is not at all flattering. The other is a quick snapshot, still not a conscious decision to have portraits of this special time. So I am thrilled when I am booked for maternity photography so I can live vicariously.

Why did you decide to have a maternity photography session? I wanted to capture my last pregnancy. I feel beautiful when I am pregnant, but have never taken the time to have photos taken.

What was your biggest fear before hiring me for your maternity photography session? Did it come true, and if not, what happened instead? That I wouldn’t like the pictures. This ABSOLUTELY did not happen! I have never looked more gorgeous than I do in your pictures.

What, specifically, was your favorite part of your experience, and why? Hair and makeup. It felt like I was famous.

What advice would you give to someone considering booking a session with us? DO IT!!!! Don’t hesitate – just do it!

What responses did you get from your Beloved/friends/family about your images? They can’t believe how fabulous the pictures are. I’ve heard comments like “Wow! These are stunning!” and “I want to look like you!” My husband told me that if I wasn’t already pregnant I would be after he saw the photos.

What did you take away from your experience that surprised you the most? That I can be just as gorgeous as the girls in magazines. Experts are experts for a reason.

What three words describe your maternity photography experience best? Womanly. Safe. Stunning.
